Première Fournée Hearty Grains bread provides all the nutritional benefits and the rich flavour of five whole grains in their purest form. With its crust lightly dusted with oatmeal flakes and its savoury crumb having hints of sesame and sunflower, this bread is a satisfying source of fibre.
Enriched wheat flour, water, rye flour, sesame seeds, flax seed, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, millet, honey, salt, cultured wheat starch, yeast, sour starter (wheat flour, cultured wheat flour, yeast, lactic acid), wheat gluten, malted barley flour and/or malt powder (malted barley extract, corn grits), soy lecithin (stabilizer), topping: sesame seeds, oat flakes, flax seed, sunflower seeds, millet, rice flour.
