Multi-grain French toast with seasonal fruit

For 4 people


  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml of sugar
  • 160 ml of milk or soy milk
  • 8 slices of multi-grain bread
  • Butter
  • Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
  • Maple syrup


  • Beat the eggs, sugar and milk together.
  • Dip the bread into the mixture.
  • Pan-fry the bread in butter or oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with maple syrup and seasonal fruits of your choice.
