Multi-grain French toast with seasonal fruit
For 4 people
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml of sugar
- 160 ml of milk or soy milk
- 8 slices of multi-grain bread
- Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
- Maple syrup
- Beat the eggs, sugar and milk together.
- Dip the bread into the mixture.
- Pan-fry the bread in butter or oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with maple syrup and seasonal fruits of your choice.
