Peanut butter, carrot and dried date sandwich on cracked wheat bread

For 4 sandwich halves


  • 4 slices of cracked wheat bread (fresh or toasted)
  • Filling

  • 60 ml of natural, creamy peanut butter
  • 1 grated carrot or apple, or both!
  • 3 dried dates or 1 tbsp. of raisins


  • Combine all of the ingredients for the filling and spread on 2 slices of cracked wheat bread.
  • Close the sandwich faces with another slice of bread.
  • Cut in half and serve.
