Toast with vegetarian pâté

For 12 servings


  • 4 slices of multi-grain bread
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 package of store-bought vegetarian pâté
  • Olives, herbs or thinly sliced zucchini


  • Toast the bread and cut into 3 strips.
  • Spread the Dijon mustard onto the bread.
  • Slice the vegetarian pâté and divide among the strips of bread.
  • Garnish with a pickle, an olive, thin slices of zucchini or cucumber and/or fresh herbs.
