Toast with vegetarian pâté
For 12 servings
- 4 slices of multi-grain bread
- Dijon mustard
- 1 package of store-bought vegetarian pâté
- Olives, herbs or thinly sliced zucchini
- Toast the bread and cut into 3 strips.
- Spread the Dijon mustard onto the bread.
- Slice the vegetarian pâté and divide among the strips of bread.
- Garnish with a pickle, an olive, thin slices of zucchini or cucumber and/or fresh herbs.
