Première fournée de weston

The weston story

The story of Premiere Fournier echoes more than a century of bread-making by Weston. It is a story of dedication and passion for bread that begins in 1882. That's when George Weston, a young Toronto bread salesman, who got his start as a baker's apprentice, bought a bread route and went into business for himself. He developed his Real Home-Made Bread, which became the city's most popular loaf. It is that tradition of baking excellence that is the foundation for today’s Premier Fournée line of artisan breads.
