Première fournée de weston

The weston story / 1972

In 1972, a third generation takes charge as Garfield Weston calls on his youngest son, W. Galen Weston, to revitalize Loblaws, hit hard by price wars among the major chains. Galen Weston transforms the stores, placing renewed emphasis on quality and freshness - a vision that leads to Loblaw Companies Limited becoming Canada's largest food retailer. Galen Weston is appointed chairman of parent company George Weston Limited.
